Buffets means Buffets, Inc. or any successor thereof.

  • Buffets or served meals with full wait staff and bus service including customized menus for high profile University reputation and/or donor events.

(collectively, the “Purchasers”), dated October 19, 2006 (the “Purchase Agreement”).

  • Except as provided in the preceding sentence and subject to the final paragraph of Section 3.7, no payment or adjustment shall be made upon any conversion on account of any interest accrued on the Notes surrendered for conversion or on account of any dividends on the Buffets Common Stock issued upon conversion.
