Buffer Yard definition

Buffer Yard means and refer to a unit of yard together with the planting thereon.
Buffer Yard means a land area required under the provisions of this ordinance to separate different classifications of land uses from each other. A buffer yard is in addition to the required front, side or rear yards, but may, where applicable and otherwise required, be included in and as a part of required common areas for residential or commercial subdivisions or developments.
