Buffer Lands definition

Buffer Lands means all land, located in a 200-metre wide perimeter of a Residential Zone, the urban boundaries of the Alliston, Tottenham and Beeton communities, and any designated sensitive land use area as shown on the Map Schedules attached hereto.
Buffer Lands means, collectively, the lands legally described as: (i) PIN 21408-0003(LT), Parcel Plan-2, Section 66M-2267, being those parts of Block C on Plan 66M-2267 designated as Parts 15, 40, 41 and 4▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; (ii) PIN 21408-0004(LT), Parcel Plan-3, Section 66M-2267 being that part of Block C on Plan 66M-2267 designated as Part 1▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; (iii) PIN 21408-0005(LT), Parcel Plan-4, Section 66M-2267 being Block D on Plan 66M-2267 and that part of Block C on Plan 66M-2267 designated as Part 1▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇; and (iv) PIN 21408-011(LT), Parcel Plan-4, Section 66M-2267 being that part of Block C on Plan 66M-2267 designated as Part 13 on Plan 66R-15911, City of Toronto.

  • That portion of the approximately 320 acres of land identified in Exhibit H.2.3, Resort Center Open Space and Buffer Lands, that will not be used for golf in accordance with Section 3.2.2 of this Amended Agreement shall be deed restricted as open space at the time the Project Sites on which designated Open Space and Buffer Lands are approved, and such a deed restriction shall be a condition of approval for any such Project Site.

  • Prior to the imposition of deed restrictions, the areas designated Resort Center Open Space and Buffer Lands shall be Master Planned Open Space.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • mining areas means the areas delineated and coloured red on the Plan marked “A” initialled by or on behalf of the parties hereto for the purposes of identification;

  • Wellhead protection area means the surface and subsurface area surrounding a water well or well field that supplies a public water system through which contaminants are reasonably likely to migrate toward the water well or well field.

  • Dining area means a public room or area in which meals are regularly served.

  • Geologically hazardous areas means areas that because of their susceptibility to erosion, sliding, earthquake, or other geological events, are not suited to the siting of commercial, residential, or industrial development consistent with public health or safety concerns.
