Buffer Fund definition
Buffer Fund means a contingent fund in the budget of the implementing agency which shall not be used in its normal or regular operations but only for purposes provided for in this Act;
Feeder Fund A Limited Partner that is formed by the General Partner or its Affiliates to serve as a vehicle which will invest all or substantially all of its investable assets in the Partnership.
Venture capital fund means a private fund that meets the definition of a venture capital fund in SEC Rule 203(l)-1, 17 C.F.R. § 275.203(l)-1.
