Budgeted Margin definition

Budgeted Margin means, for any period --------------- (i) the budgeted Adjusted Gross Revenue for that period, less (ii) the sum of the budgeted Clinic Expense and budgeted Provider Expense for that period. The Budgeted Margin for each calendar quarter shall be established pursuant to item 3 of Exhibit A-1 attached to this agreement.
