Budget Threshold definition

Budget Threshold means for budget updates in a given year, the higher of (a) [***] in the case of the Early Stage Program or [***] in the case of the Post Phase Ia Program and (b) an aggregate [***] budgetary increase from the then current budget set forth in the plan for such Program.
Budget Threshold means (a) [***********], as applicable.
Budget Threshold is defined in Section 7.4(c)(v).

  • Any unbudgeted expenditures and/or any expenditures in excess of the Budget Threshold shall be subject to Owner's prior approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
