If a party agrees to maintain such inventory, then such party shall charge the other party interest on the Fixed Budget Price or fees for Martek Services as set forth in Section 6.1(k), as applicable, that would be paid for such inventory for the period that such party maintains such inventory at an annualized rate of interest equal to the average Euribor rate plus three percent (3%) for such period.
