Budget Parameters definition

Budget Parameters means for each Component ten (10) percent above or below the estimated cost for such Component in the Budget therefor provided that the aggregate of the actual costs of all Components for any Item of Equipment shall not exceed the aggregate of the estimated costs of all Components of such Item of Equipment in the Budget therefor delivered to Lessor in accordance with Section 3.1(d)(i) of the Participation Agreement.
Budget Parameters means the budget parameters described on Schedule 6.3(z)(i) to the Garnet LLC Agreement and in Schedule 6.3(f) of the Diamond LLC Agreement, as the context may require.
Budget Parameters means the budget parameters described on Schedule 6.3(f) to the Chaparral LLC Agreement. Project Electron Annex A

Examples of Budget Parameters in a sentence

  • Such Annual Warehouse Operating Budget shall set forth up to five (5) operating assumptions (such as total volume, average order size, lines per order and percent case pick for each DESIGNATED LOCATION) that the Parties agree are so critical to the Annual Warehouse Operating Budget that significant variances in any one or more of them would necessitate revisions to such budget (the "Key Warehouse Budget Parameters").

  • The CD71 Initial Development Plan and Budget will include, at a minimum, the CD71 Initial Development Plan and Budget Parameters.
