Bud Platform definition
Bud Platform means the proprietary platform made available by Bud for access by the Client and/or End Users in accordance with the terms of this MSA either:
Bud Platform means the proprietary platform made available by Bud for access by the Client and/or End Users in accordance with the terms of this Service Schedule either: (i) via the Bud API, in order for a Client to connect its Client Application; or (ii) for direct interaction by the Client’s personnel and End Users with the Bud web application, to enable the Client to use the Bud Services.

When we access your Account Data from your Account Provider, we will collect and process your personal data under the instruction of your Service Provider as part of the Bud Platform Service.
