BTS Sites definition

BTS Sites means the cell tower site locations located within the Territory that are or will be owned or leased by Vendor or TowerCo Affiliates: (i) on which Vendor constructs or is to construct Towers and Improvements pursuant to this Agreement; and (ii) on which SBCW or a SBCW Party leases the Leased Space. BTS Sites include Completed BTS Sites but excludes TowerCo Existing Sites.

BTS Sites means all cell tower site locations that are or will be owned or leased by BMI or BMI Affiliates, located within the Cellular Territory: (i) in which BMI or a BMI Affiliate reserves its Reserved Space; and (ii) on which Vendor constructs or is to construct Towers and Improvements, whether now or hereafter subject to this Agreement. Examples of BTS Sites in a sentence

  • The acquisition of BTS Sites by BTS Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be accomplished using a lease agreement in substantially the same form as the Option and Lease Agreement which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" (hereafter the "Ground Lease").

  • BTS Company and Horizon shall execute contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, the MSA which governs the relationship of BTS Company, as landlord, and Horizon, as tenant, on those BTS Sites which are accepted by Horizon pursuant to Section 2.7(b) of this Agreement.

  • There shall be no default or event of default under the MLA for Purchased Sites, the MLA for BTS Sites, the Site Leases related thereto or the BTS Agreement.

  • Subject to Paragraphs 3(c) and (d) of this MSA, the Initial SLA Term for BTS Sites shall be [***], which term shall begin on the earlier of the date which is (i) [***] after the date that SBA notifies Bright PCS that the Tower is suitable for the installation of the Equipment or (ii) the date at which Bright PCS commences the installation of the Equipment.

  • In addition, SBCW may request and Vendor shall facilitate progress meetings with Vendor's key managers and subcontractors, including the establishment of oversight committees to monitor specific work in progress on BTS Sites at times and locations agreed upon by SBCW and Vendor in writing no less than seven (7) days prior to such meetings.

  • SBCW reserves the right to construct and install all of the Constructed Improvements and its Communications Equipment on the BTS Sites; provided, however, that SBCW shall have the right to request that Vendor construct and install one or more concrete equipment pads or raised platforms capable of accommodating SBCW's or SBCW Party's buildings, huts or equipment shelters at each BTS Site.

BTS Sites means a Tower communication facility, together with all associated improvements and other rights, that (a) is or shall be built and developed by ATC for the non-exclusive use by ALLTEL (or one of its Affiliates) pursuant to this Agreement, (b) is or shall be under the legal control (as owner, lessee, grantee or licensee) of ATC, (c) is or shall be located in the Territory, and (d) is not a site already owned or leased by ATC or any of its Affiliates or which is not constructed pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.
