BTS Capacity the gas transportation capacity on the SoCal Gas Backbone Transportation System (and/or other programs as they may be known) to which DGS has rights and which is made available to Supplier. Supplier recognizes that such capacity rights will terminate from time to time but may be renewed or amended by DGS and Sempra. Examples of BTS Capacity in a sentence

  • It is also agreed that all volumes shall first be deemed delivered by the DGS BTS Capacity with such capacity being deemed fully utilized in each day, even if Supplier shall not fully utilize the full capacity.
