BTG Know-How definition

BTG Know-How means all Know-How developed by BTG or any of its Affiliates during the Term or by BTG prior to July 17, 2005 relating to (i) the Bulk Product or Product (including, without limitation, its pharmaceutical utility) or (ii) the Processing of the Bulk Product or Product , and shall include, without limitation, all data (in any form, raw or analyzed or reported and whether maintained in paper, electronic or other media forms) relating to formulation, analytical methods, pre-clinical and clinical trials, pharmacology, toxicology, regulatory information, and data relating to the manufacture and use of such Bulk Product or Product.
BTG Know-How means the technology licensed from BTG for production of RHI as specified in the IB Technology Transfer Agreement.
BTG Know-How means all confidential, pharmaceutical, scientific, medical and marketing information and technical data invented, developed, generated or acquired by BTG (other than Medi-Ject Know How) relating to the development, manufacture, use or sale of hGH or the Devices including but not limited to clinical, pharmaceutical and scientific data and information required for registration and marketing purposes in the Field in the Territory other than Improvements which are explicitly dealt with as separate issues in this Agreement.

Examples of BTG Know-How in a sentence

  • BTG shall disclose, and shall cause its Affiliates to disclose, as soon as reasonably practicable, to Savient all BTG Know-How acquired, developed or which comes to be possessed by the BTG or any of its Affiliates after the date hereof (and upon reasonable request by Savient, shall make such disclosure in writing).

  • BTG hereby grants to Savient and, if applicable, shall cause its Affiliates to grant to Savient, a fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-exclusive license in the Territory to manufacture, have manufactured, produce, have produced, develop, have developed, use, have used, offer for sale, have offered for sale, sell, have sold, export, and have exported Bulk Product under the BTG Licensed Improvements and BTG Know-How.

  • FIC hereby grants to Savient a fully paid-up, royalty-free, non-exclusive license in the Territory to manufacture, have manufactured, produce, have produced, develop, have developed, use, have used, offer for sale, have offered for sale, sell, have sold, export, and have exported Pegloticase bulk product under the intellectual property owned by FIC which embodies the BTG Licensed Improvements and BTG Know-How, as each term is defined in the DA and CSA, including, without limitation the Patents.

  • The Contractor shall not advertise or publish, without AHFC’s prior consent, the fact that AHFC has entered into the Contract, except to the extent required by law.

  • To enable Novacea to perform its obligations and exercise its rights hereunder, KuDOS will disclose and make available to Novacea all KuDOS Know-How and BTG Know-How, at KuDOS’s expense promptly following the Effective Date.


More Definitions of BTG Know-How

BTG Know-How means the information listed in Schedule 1.9 and any other Information received by KuDOS from BTG from time to time which shall be supplied by KuDOS to Novacea promptly following receipt of the same from BTG and shall be added to Schedule 1.9.

Related to BTG Know-How

  • Joint Know-How has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.

  • Program Know-How which means any and all Know-How that is created, conceived, discovered, first generated, invented, first made or first reduced to practice, in each case (i) by or on behalf of [***], (ii) by or on behalf of [***] or (iii) by or on behalf of [***], but expressly excluding any Joint Program Know-How.

  • Licensed Know-How means any and all unpatented and/or non-patentable technical data, documents, materials, samples and other information and know‐how that is Controlled by LICENSOR or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or thereafter during the Term that relates to, or is otherwise reasonably necessary or reasonably useful for, the use, Development, manufacture, or Commercialization of the Product. Licensed Know-How shall not include Licensed Patents.

  • Licensor Know-How means any and all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and (b) pertains to the Manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products, including Research Inventions (other than Research Patents).

  • Know-How means all know-how, trade secrets, inventions, data, processes, techniques, procedures, compositions, devices, methods, formulas, protocols and information, whether or not patentable, which are not generally publicly known, including, without limitation, all chemical, biochemical, toxicological, and scientific research information, whether in written, graphic or video form or any other form or format.
