  • The Recipient shall exercise its rights under the Participation Agreement, the BTEB Cooperation Agreement, and each of the ISC Agreements, NSDC Agreements and Performance Contracts in such manner as to protect the interests of the Recipient and the Association and accomplish the purposes of the Financing.
