All of the following courses are based on course training at a location and site reasonably selected by BTE which may include Vendor’s facility in Sunnyvale California.
Vendor shall provide BTE notice of all errors known to Vendor promptly upon discovery by Vendor.
BTE shall not be charged an access fee to such network, but BTE shall be responsible for any connect-time charges to the public telecommunications carrier.
