BTAB definition

BTAB means BT Alex. ▇▇▇▇▇, a Delaware corporation.
BTAB means the Burlington Telecom Advisory Board which, by resolution of Burlington’s City Council, has been created to provide guidance and oversight over Burlington Telecom and provide advice to Burlington Telecom’s management, Burlington’s Mayor and the City Council as concerns Burlington Telecom’s operations, finances, and the contemplated sale of Burlington Telecom.
BTAB is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • All fees required to be paid by Investor or any of its Affiliates on or prior to the date hereof in respect of the BTAB Commitment Letter and the BT Letter have been paid by Investor or its Affiliates, as applicable.

  • As of the date hereof, neither BTAB nor BT have advised Investor of any reason why the BTAB Commitment Letter or the BT Letter will not be fulfilled in a manner sufficient to consummate the Recapitalization.
