BTA Undertaking definition
BTA Undertaking means the deed poll to be executed by the Bank prior to the Restructuring Date covering (without limitation) compliance with the Charter;
BTA Undertaking means the deed poll executed by the Bank on 19 August 2010;
BTA Undertaking means the deed poll executed by the Bank in connection with the 2010 Restructuring covering (without limitation) compliance with the current Charter;
