BTA Loan Agreements definition
BTA Loan Agreements two loan agreements pursuant to which BTA has extended certain loans to CaspiNeft, namely: (i) Main Loan Agreement No. ▇▇-▇▇▇▇-▇ dated 4 February 2002 among BTA, CaspiNeft, the Buyer and Kazstroyproekt LLP, for the total amount of US $20,000,000, as amended, and (ii) General Loan Agreement No. 2000/03/40 dated 2 June 2003 among BTA, CaspiNeft, the Buyer and the Company, for the total amount of US $30,000,000, as amended or supplemented;
