BT Technology definition

BT Technology means all inventions and know-how, conceived solely by one or more employees or consultants of BT during the term of this Agreement, arising out of work performed pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement.
BT Technology means the division of BT with that designation which is BT’s internal service division responsible for operating BT’s networks, platforms and IT systems (excluding those that are operated by the Openreach LoB) and successors to that division;
BT Technology shall have the meaning set forth in the Assignment Agreement.

Examples of BT Technology in a sentence

  • Subject to the express licenses granted hereunder to AB, BT will retain all right, title and interest in and to any Intellectual Property rights Controlled BT as of the Effective Date and to any BT Technology (and any Intellectual Property rights therein).

  • Joint Technology means the Joint Know-How and the Joint Patent Rights.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
