BT Software definition
BT Software means any software owned by or licensed to BT and used to provide the Service (including, but not limited to operating system, monitoring, reporting and BT Virtual Software). “Category” means the category applied to the Service based on Service Availability, as detailed in Section 1.1 of the SLA.
