BT Private Compute definition

BT Private Compute means the BT service providing the Customer with an IT infrastructure of either dedicated or virtualised servers (on dedicated servers) with a standard operating system at a BT data centre on which it can run its applications.
BT Private Compute means the dedicated Customer IT infrastructure platform built in a BT data centre on either dedicated or virtualised servers (on dedicated servers) with a standard operating system on which the Customer can run its Applications.

Examples of BT Private Compute in a sentence

  • BT will create a FileFly VM within the Customer’s new or existing BT Private Compute and install the appropriate FileFly Admin Application and FileFly Agent Application.

  • Where the Customer selects the FileFly Service, the Customer is also required to have a BT Private Compute service or have ordered a BT Private Compute service which is in the process of delivery.

  • The Service comprises access to a Portal, Storage Zone, Object Storage Domain and, provision of a FQDN and Tokens and, for the FileFly Service, the creation, monitoring and management of the FileFly Admin Application and the FileFly Agent Application within a FileFly VM in the Customers own BT Private Compute service.

  • The FileFly Service will be suspended where the Customer terminates their BT Private Compute service.

  • The Service does not include the delivery or installation of Customer Equipment (including Product obtained under BT Private Compute on-premises) or BT Equipment.

  • The Charges for BT Private Compute Hyperconverged Services will be set forward on the Order and will be invoiced and paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as agreed elsewhere in the Agreement.

  • If the Customer requests a change to the BT Private Compute Hyperconverge Service or any part of the BT Private Compute Hyperconverge Service, including any Infrastructure or any IP Address location, then BT may revise the Customer Committed Date to accommodate that change.

  • BT may expedite delivery of the BT Private Compute Hyperconverge Service for operational reasons or in response to a request from the Customer, but this will not revise the Customer Committed Date.

  • Table 1 shows that DOD may use MILCON appropriations under five of the six statutory authorities and may use O&M appropriations under two of the six authorities.

  • Alternative Compliance Payment or "ACP" means a payment of a certain dollar amount per megawatt hour, which a Retail Electricity Supplier may submit in lieu of supplying the minimum percentage of RECs required under Section 3.3.5 of this Regulation.

  • Peak flow rate means the maximum instantaneous flow from a given storm condition at a particular location.
