BT Customer definition

BT Customer means an existing or potential BT customer;
BT Customer or “Customer” means any of the below mentioned categories of data subjects:
BT Customer means any commercial customer that subscribes to the BT Service under an Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt a BT Customer is a non-residential customer that has activated its Viewing Card(s) and is receiving and paying subscription charges for the BT Service.

Examples of BT Customer in a sentence

  • Named Contacts can submit a Request for Change (RFC) via a Request for Change form, which should be sent by email to the BT Customer Service Desk, as specified in the Customer Handbook.

  • Packet Loss is measured by sending, two test packets * between designated BT Customer Edge (CE) routers.

  • BT reserves the right to reject Commission payments where it believes that the nominated premises or BT Customer has a connection to the previous BT Customer.

  • We need your consent to do this and will assume we have it unless you tell us otherwise by writing to the BT Customer Correspondence Centre, T.V.T.E, Gateshead, NE11 OZZ.

  • Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, BT may elect not to accept such Leads or Customer Agreements if it believes that there is a connection between the proposed Lead or Customer Agreement and the previous BT Customer.
