TMDL means the total maximum daily load limitation of a parameter, representing the estimated assimilative capacity for a water body before other designated uses are adversely affected. Mathematically, it is the sum of wasteload allocations for point sources, load allocations for non-point and natural background sources, and a margin of safety.
NPS means nominal pipe size.
SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).
Beam axis means a line from the source through the centers of the x-ray fields.
RFX means the Request for Proposal, Request for Bid, or other solicitation document (and any amendments or addenda thereto) specifically identified in the State Entity Standard Contract Form that was issued to solicit the Services that are subject to the Contract.
IPS means Integrated Payment Systems Inc., a Delaware corporation and its successors.
Dynamic driving task means the same as that term is defined in Section 41-26-102.1.
MSC means Xxxxxx Shopping Centre Pty. Limited, its successors and permitted assigns;

IOSCO means the International Organisation of Securities Commissions.
Bioassay means the determination of kinds, quantities or concentrations and, in some cases, the locations of radioactive material in the human body, whether by direct measurement, in vivo counting, or by analysis and evaluation of materials excreted or removed from the human body. For purposes of these rules, “radiobioassay” is an equivalent term.
Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;
DPI means the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
GTC means General Terms & Conditions of Contract.
Pharmacy technician or “technician” means a person who is employed in Iowa by a licensed pharmacy under the responsibility of an Iowa-licensed pharmacist to assist in the technical functions of the practice of pharmacy, and who is registered pursuant to 657—Chapter 3, and includes a certified pharmacy technician, a pharmacy technician trainee, and an uncertified pharmacy technician.
ISIS means the department’s individualized services information system.
VAR means value-at-risk.
Raptor means all birds of the orders Falconiformes and Strigiformes, commonly called falcons,
coronavirus means severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2);
FMCSA means Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.
T&Cs means these terms and conditions.
TDSAT means Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.
Technology startup company means a for profit business that
