BSI Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

Subject to obtaining any required consents or approvals to the assignment of the BSI Contracts to Purchaser by contractual counterparties, the BSI Contracts are in full force and effect as of the Assignment Effective Date and are enforceable in accordance with their terms, subject to the Enforceability Limitations.
