BSD Facility definition
BSD Facility means an inventory and working capital financing agreement, as the same may be amended or modified and in effect from time to time, between a Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of the Guarantor formed to be the holding company of the BSD Business and a commercial lending institution, on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.
