BSC Data definition
BSC Data means data or information held by, or on behalf of, BSCCo (including BSC Agents) and which is received, produced or sent by or on behalf of Parties under the Code (including, for the avoidance of doubt, by BSC Agents and Party Agents) for the purposes of Settlement but excluding any data or information that the Code explicitly identifies as confidential;
