BSAR means the Basis Swap Administered Rate in relation to the Distribution Date; BSA means the Basis Swap Amount for the Calculation Period ending immediately before that Distribution Date; N means the number of days in the Swap Collection Period ending immediately before that Distribution Date; CVCI means the sum of the Variable Interest Earned in respect of the Swap Collection Period ending immediately before each Distribution Date since the previous Distribution Date;
