BSAFE including without limitation that portion of the software products identified on Exhibit B --------- consisting of TIPEM and BSAFE. Contemporaneously with the execution of this Assignment, RSA and DCI shall enter an OEM Master License Agreement granting DCI a license to TIPEM and BSAFE on the terms and conditions set forth in such OEM Master License Agreement.
