  • BRTM shall, if requested by ORPC, provide ORPC with a certificate of insurance confirming the required coverage.

  • BRTM or Waltham, as the case may be, shall give written notice to ORPC of its intention to extend the Initial Term or any Renewal Term, as applicable, at least one (1) year prior to the expiry of the then-current term.

  • ORPC will provide BRTM with all supporting documentation required to enable BRTM to calculate the Avoided Global Adjustment on a monthly basis.

  • BRTM and ORPC each agree to promptly inform each other of any change to the Avoided Market Charge that may occur during the term of the Agreement and, in such a case, agree to amend this section accordingly.
