Broom definition

Broom. Clean" means free from all debris, dirt, rubbish, oil, grease, tire tracks, marking tape or other substances, inside the Demised Premises and outside of the Building, and (ii) "Good Condition" means that the Demised Premises are in good condition and in good working order. Any damage caused by removal of Tenant from the Property, including any damage caused by the removal of Tenant's Property under Section 32(c) below, shall be repaired and paid for by Tenant prior to the end of the Term.

  • Clean (or ‘Cleaned’) means, as the case requires:

  • Subleased Premises means all that portion of the Leased Premises referred to as airport lot as outlined on the site diagram attached as Schedule "A" to this Sublease; and

  • Debris means all non-usable natural material produced by clearing and grubbing.

  • Storage Space means a space where goods of non-hazardous nature are stored and includes cold storage and banking safe vaults;
