Brokerage operations means your operations as a logistics company or broker of freight for either a “motor carrier” or shipper of cargo, including those activities necessary to the business of arranging for the transportation of property by vehicle for hire when such transportation is done by others, operating under their own MC, DOT or PUC permits, at your direction.
