Broadcasting center definition

Broadcasting center means an establishment containing one or more broadcasting studios for over-the-air, cable or satellite delivery of radio or television programs, or studios for the audio or video recording or filming of musical performances, radio or television pro-grams or motion pictures. This term does not include a transmission tower.

  • broadcasting means the transmission by wireless means for the reception by the public of sounds or of images or of images and sounds or of the representations thereof; such transmission by satellite is also “broadcasting”.
