Broadcaster Content definition

Broadcaster Content means the audiovisual Content created by You and streamed, stored, displayed, and/or hosted by the Service and all data and information contained within such Content or otherwise provided to the Service by You in association with such Content; and any copies that YouNow makes of any or all of the foregoing. All provisions of the Agreement applicable to Content (including without limitation, Guest Broadcasts and Sponsored Content) also shall apply to Broadcaster Content unless expressly modified in this Broadcaster Amendment.

  • Automated estimated revenue reports will be made available to You via YouNow's App and/or Site and may be provided at the end of each transmission of Broadcaster Content.

  • You hereby grant YouNow a perpetual right and license throughout the universe to Utilize the Broadcaster Content to the full extent YouNow is authorized to use Content under the Agreement.

  • Without limiting the foregoing: YouNow does not intend, and does not undertake, to monitor the Broadcaster Content.

  • All Broadcaster Content or other services received by or made available to YouNow from or by You, shall be generated and performed solely by You and/or other personnel engaged by You.

  • Narative uses reasonable security measures in order to attempt to protect Broadcaster Content.

  • Narative reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Narative Service (including to post Broadcaster Content), and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Narative Service.

  • You hereby release and forever waive any claims you may have against Narative for any such unauthorized copying or usage of the Broadcaster Content, under any theory.

  • However Narative cannot guarantee that there will be no unauthorized copying or distribution of Broadcaster Content nor will Narative be liable for any copying or usage of the Broadcaster Content not authorized by narative.

  • You are solely responsible for your Broadcaster Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Broadcaster means a person or a group of persons, or body corporate, or any organization or body who, after having obtained, in its name, downlinking permission for its channels, from the Central Government, is providing programming services.

  • Customer Content means any content that is uploaded onto the Services by Customer or otherwise used on or in connection with the Software.

  • Programming means the process of organisation, decision-making and allocation of financial resources in several stages, with the involvement of partners in accordance with Article 5, intended to implement, on a multi-annual basis, joint action by the Union and the Member States to achieve the objectives of the Union strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth;

  • Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Data), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Services under this Agreement, Oracle Software, other Oracle products and services, and Oracle intellectual property, and all derivative works thereof, do not fall within the meaning of the term “Your Content.” Your Content includes any Third Party Content that is brought by You into the Services by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.
