Broadcaster App definition

Broadcaster App means the Broadcaster’s proprietary media stream application which has been modified by the Broadcaster to contain and integrate Exaget’s proprietary ad and content placement technology intended for use with the Ad Placement Service. For the purposes of this Agreement, any versions of such application intended to be used on a different platform, including without limitation mobile platforms, desktop platforms and platforms running on any embedded system, shall be considered as the same Broadcaster App.

Examples of Broadcaster App in a sentence

  • It is the duty and responsibility of the Broadcaster to (i) obtain, configure and program its own tools, systems and software in conformance with the documentation and instructions provided by Exaget under the SDK License Terms; (ii) configure and program, using the Exaget SDK and the related documentation and instructions, the Broadcaster App in order to enable it to function with the Ad Placement Service.

  • The Ad Placement Service is provided to the Broadcaster via a Broadcaster App owned or controlled by the Broadcaster.

  • If the Broadcaster has chosen to receive the Ad Placement Service via a Broadcaster App, Exaget shall upon Broadcaster’s request, pursuant to separate SDK License Terms, (i) grant to Broadcaster a limited license to use the Exaget SDK during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of enabling a Broadcaster App to function with the Ad Placement Service, and (ii) provide to Broadcaster support and maintenance services related thereto.
