Broadcast Window definition

Broadcast Window means the twenty four (24) hour period between to midnight each day within which the Māori Language Hours will be broadcast;
Broadcast Window means use of a contracted program or program insert in its entirety by Radio on any of its English and/or French language stations, networks and affiliated stations (however distributed as a basic signal destined for Canada only) for a period of forty-eight (48) consecutive hours from the first broadcast. Notwithstanding the above, the Corporation shall retain the right to broadcast such program or program insert in two or more parts, without additional editing, within the 48-hour window. The Corporation will also have the right to segment musical concerts within broadcast windows subject to the performers separate consent obtained at the time of contracting
Broadcast Window means use of a contracted program or program insert by Radio on any of its English and/or French language stations, networks and affiliated stations as of its basic however distributed, for a designated period beginning with the first broadcast. The Corporation shall retain the right to broadcast such program or program in two or more parts, without additional editing, within the designated Broadcast" means use of a contracted program or program insert by Radio on any of its English and/or French language stations, networks and affiliated stations as a part of its basic signal, however distributed. Notwithstanding the above, the Corporation agrees that it will discuss any new method for transmission of the signal with the prior to such method implemented

Examples of Broadcast Window in a sentence

  • C801 Upon payment of the Base Fees provided for herein, the Corporation shall acquire the right to one (1) CBC Broadcast Window, provided that such CBC Broadcast Window is utilized within twenty-four (24) months after all Performers have completed their services.

  • The fees herein contained are payable upon the rebroadcast of a program on the following the expiry of broadcast rights obtained upon payment under Article El (“MINIMUM RATES FOR PERFORMERS ENGAGEMENTS”), Article E2 (“MINIMUM RATES FOR PERFORMERS REMOTE PICKUPS’), Article E4 (“OPTIONS FOR PREPAID USE’) and/or Article (“MULTIPLE PROGRAM RE-USE’) Payment of a single re-use fee contained herein will entitle the Corporation to one Broadcast Window.

  • A Broadcast Window shall include simultaneoustransmission of the basic signal over the Internet.

  • SCRIPT FEE The fee for writing a Script which shall also one Broadcast Window.

  • Upon payment of thirty percent (30%) of the applicable Script Fee for each re-use, a fifth and sixth and Broadcast Window Prime) may be licensed.
