  • The GBO will be responsible for producing and distributing the broadcast footage of the Asian Para Games 2026 (hereinafter referred to as, “Asian Para Games 2026 Broadcast Footage”), and the provision of the services to the Rights Holding Broadcaster (hereinafter referred to as, “RHB”) that have obtained the broadcasting rights according to the Asian Para Games 2026 Media Services and Broadcast Requirements separately discussed and determined by the APC and the LOC.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing BSkyB may, in its absolute discretion, make any change to the list of Broadcast Requirements as it determines appropriate, having regard to changes to any relevant standards or any relevant changes to any technology.

  • Without prejudice to BSkyB’s right to vary the Charges pursuant to Clause 7 or to vary the Technical Specifications or Broadcast Requirements or this Schedule 2 pursuant to Clause 5, BSkyB may impose new charges in respect of specific additional new EPG functionality which BSkyB makes available to Third Parties on an optional basis.

  • The LOC shall make available for the facilities, services and other requirements (hereinafter referred to as, “Media Facilities and Services”) for the written and photographic press, the internet journalists and non-rights holding radio and television media in accordance with the Asian Para Games 2026 Media Services and Broadcast Requirements separately discussed and determined by the APC and the LOC.

  • Without prejudice to BSkyB’s right to vary the Technical Specifications, the Broadcast Requirements and Schedule 2 in accordance with Clause 5, and without prejudice to BSkyB’s right to vary the Charges in accordance with Clause 7, any amendment of this Agreement will not be binding on the parties unless set out in writing, expressed to amend this Agreement and signed by authorized representatives of each of the parties.
