Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if prior to Closing there is a Broadcast Interruption in excess of 24 hours which is not the result of any action of Buyer in connection with its operation of the Station pursuant to the LMA, then Buyer may postpone Closing until the date five (5) business days after the Station returns to the air and prior coverage is restored in all material respects, subject to Section 10.1(b).
