Broadcast Compound definition

Broadcast Compound means the restricted-access area within each Inner Stadium Perimeter or Outer Stadium Perimeter as determined by FIFA in which the Host Broadcaster or Media Rights Licensees may place technical equipment and transmission support vehicles for the purpose of the production of any content and material related to, and the exploitation and implementation of, the Media Rights.

  • Licensed Compounds means: (a) Research Program Active Compounds; (b) Novartis Active Compounds; (c) salts, hydrates, solvates, esters, metabolites, intermediates, stereoisomers and polymorphs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds; and (d) prodrugs of Research Program Active Compounds or Novartis Active Compounds (any of the foregoing, a “Licensed Compound”).
