Broadcast Asset definition

Broadcast Asset means assets used or useful in the radio broadcast or any business reasonably related thereto.

  • In the event of any such loss, damage or destruction, Alta shall repair, replace or restore any such Broadcast Asset prior to the Closing Date.

  • In the event of any material loss, damage or destruction to the Broadcast Assets between the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, RBK at its option may, but it shall be under no obligation to, repair, replace or restore any such Broadcast Asset prior to the Closing Date to substantially the same condition existing prior to such damage or destruction.
