Broadband Wireless Access definition

Broadband Wireless Access. (BWA) means a wireless delivery mechanism to the customer such that the subscribed data rates are at least 128 kbps.
Broadband Wireless Access or “BWA” means radio access for the provision of electronic communications services between a single base station at a fixed location and multiple fixed, nomadic or mobile subscriber terminal stations where the base station is connected to an electronic communications network;
Broadband Wireless Access means the delivery of high speed data and voice services by free space (wireless) means, including radio frequency or optical systems.

  • Wireless means any FCC-licensed or authorized wireless communication service transmitted over frequencies in the electromagnetic spectrum.
