Briyante Meeting means the annual general and special meeting of the holders of Briyante Shares and any adjournment thereof to be held to consider and, if deemed advisable, approve, among other things, the Arrangement and all other matters requiring approval pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Arrangement Agreement, or the Interim Order;
