Britvic definition

Britvic means Britvic PLC, a company incorporated and registered in England and Wales;
Britvic means Britannia Soft Drinks Limited and its subsidiaries for the time being.
Britvic means Britvic Soft Drinks Limited (company number 517211) of Breakspear Park, Breakspear Way, Hemel Hempstead HP2 4TZ. “Charges” means the charges for the Products and/or Containers, as determined in accordance with the Agreement.
