Britt Control Group definition
Britt Control Group means, collectively, Kevin Britt and Julia Britt, and their respective Affiliates (as defined in Rule 12b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder (collectively, the “Exchange Act”)) or any person who is an express assignee or designee of their respective rights (and such assignee’s or designee’s Affiliates).
