Examples of Brintons in a sentence

  • The Customer may not manufacture or commission any third party to manufacture goods (including but not limited to carpets) in accordance with any documents or goods produced by or on behalf of Brintons or any document which is a reproduction from it whether in whole or in part.

  • Brintons is not obliged or responsible to the Customer in any way under this agreement for laying the goods on the Customer’s premises, unless the Customer has agreed to acquire services from Brintons for this purpose, and such services will be subject to this agreement and the terms of the applicable order.

  • No term, provision or clause of this agreement shall be deemed to be waived by Brintons except under notice in writing signed by Brintons.

  • In the event that this results in an amount recoverable that is in excess of any deposit paid by the Customer then Brintons will invoice the Customer for the excess amount on a final invoice and this final invoice will be payable by the Customer in accordance with Brintons’ normal terms and conditions.

  • Brintons may, at its absolute discretion, agree to accept return of goods that have not been unpacked and that remain in original condition.

  • Such written notice to Brintons shall provide sufficient detail of the alleged default to enable it to be identified and remedied by Brintons.

  • No such waiver by any third party (including any supplier to Brintons or the Customer) will prejudice Brintons’ rights in respect of any breach of these conditions by the Customer.

  • This agreement shall be known as the Brintons Pty Ltd Collective Bargaining Agreement 2006.

  • To the extent that this agreement constitutes a supply of goods or services to a consumer within the meaning of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), Brintons does not exclude, restrict or modify the Customer's rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Brintons is not obliged or responsible to the Customer in any way under this agreement for laying the goods on the Customer’s premises.
