Bridge Loan Notes definition

Bridge Loan Notes means each promissory note issued pursuant to the Bridge Loan Agreement, including, without limitation, each Bridge Note, each Term Note and each Subsequent Loan Note, as each such term is defined in the Bridge Loan Agreement, in each case as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time as permitted hereunder.
Bridge Loan Notes means promissory notes issued by the Company pursuant to the Bridge Financing Transaction (which may be issued with original issue discount) resulting in proceeds to the Company not in excess of $25,000,000.
Bridge Loan Notes means the senior secured convertible notes issued by the Borrowers to the Bridge Loan Lenders on the First Amendment Effective Date, in an aggregate initial principal amount of US$3,000,000, in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A to the First Amendment.

  • On or prior to the Bridge Loan Closing Date, the Bridge Lenders shall have received duly executed Bridge Loan Notes for each Bridge Lender in the amount at least equal to its Bridge Loan Commitment.

Bridge Loan Notes means the promissory notes among the Buyer and the Seller in respect of each instalment of the Bridge Loan, with the first such promissory note dated as of March 25, 2019.
