Bridge Assets definition

Bridge Assets the aircraft, engines, spare parts or similar assets (and any replacements for such aircraft, engines, spare parts or similar assets) financed or refinanced in whole or in part with Bridge Indebtedness.
Bridge Assets means the assets constituting the Target’s employee development and engagement platform, entitled “Bridge”, launched in February 2015, which such platform includes the Target’s (a) “Bridge Learn”, (b) “Bridge Perform” and (c) “Bridge Practice” solutions.
