Bridge Action definition

Bridge Action means a non-competitive action requiring a justification to include, but not limited to, a formal justification and approval (FAR 6.3 or 13.5), limited sources justification (FAR 8.4), and exception to fair opportunity (FAR 16.5), to retain the current or similar product or services as a result of delay in the negotiation and award of a follow-on contract. Extension of services executed in accordance with FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, is not considered a bridge action, regardless of whether or not it was negotiated and included in the original contract, unless or until the total six
Bridge Action means a non-competitive action requiring justification to retain the current or similar product or service due to a delay in the negotiation, award of a follow-on contract. Bridge actions by new contract may be awarded to other than the existing contractor.

  • Adverse action means a home or remote state action.

  • Derivative Action means any Action brought by or in the right of the Corporation and/or an Affiliate.

  • Bankruptcy Case has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).

  • Transaction Litigation has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(d).

  • Disciplinary Action means any action that can be taken on the completion of / during the investigation proceedings including but not limiting to a warning, imposition of fine, suspension from official duties or any such action as is deemed to be fit considering the gravity of the matter.
