Executive shall be included to the extent eligible thereunder in any and all plans of the Company or BRF and its other affiliates, as applicable, providing benefits for the Company’s executives, including, but not limited to, medical, retirement and disability plans.
Executive’s participation in any such plan or program shall be subject to the BRF and affiliates’ policies and the provisions, rules, and regulations applicable to any plans.
