Breakdown service definition

Breakdown service means the repair/temporary repair of the vehicle or towage of the vehicle when repair/temporary repair is not possible.

  • Breakdown service will include replacement of genuine spares & Compressor and Gas filling at the cost of the service provider.

  • Breakdown service calls will cover the device(s) for any incurred travel & labour charges, all parts used in a breakdown service call are covered under this plan.

  • Breakdown service will include replacement of genuine spares & Compressor and Gas filling at the cost of the service provider excluding compressor.

  • In the unlikely event of a breakdown, recovery or repair service will be provided by RAC Breakdown service.

  • Breakdown /“breaks down”/“broken down” means an event during the policy period, that stops the vehicle from being driven because of a mechanical or electrical failure including as a result of battery failure, running out of fuel, flat tyres, but not as a result of a mis-fuel, road traffic collision, fire, flood, theft, acts of vandalism, any driver induced fault, or any key related issue other than keys locked in your vehicle;

  • Outage has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Service Outage means an instance when the Customer is unable to route traffic to one or more Customer Sites via the Network, which results in Service Downtime;

  • Interconnection Service means the physical and electrical interconnection of the Customer Facility with the Transmission System pursuant to the terms of Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI and the Interconnection Service Agreement entered into pursuant thereto by Interconnection Customer, the Interconnected Transmission Owner and Transmission Provider. Interconnection Service Agreement:

  • Unplanned Service Interruption means any Service Interruption where events or circumstances prevent the timely communication of prior warning or notice to the Trader or any affected Customer;
