Breakbulk cargo definition

Breakbulk cargo means cargo which transits Port Authority property in units or packages (not including containers).
Breakbulk cargo means machinery, equipment, materials, products, or commodities, including but not limited to palletized or unpalletized bagged, packaged, wrapped, drummed, baled, or crated goods and commodities.
