The Employer shall post all employee related materials as required by law and this contract in the Custodial Break Room, Kitchen, Copy Machine Room of both the elementary and secondary buildings as well as the Transportation bulletin board.
In this Release Agreement, the term “Sports” shall include any use or participation in the Break Room facility and related equipment, and any other activities, events or services provided, arranged, organized, sponsored or authorized by the Releases in any way associated or connected with the Break Room.
